Frequently Asked Question - Tea Party
We serve tea Tuesday through Saturday between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (last reservation time is 5:00 p.m.) Plan at least an hour to enjoy your tea, but Auntie Rae allows for 2 hours so you can have a nice long chat.
Auntie Rae’s is an excellent place for bridal and baby showers. We can offer sit down tea service for groups between 2 and 12 people, or buffet service for groups of 13 to 25. High Tea menu of finger sandwiches, scones, fruit and cheese plate, dessert is $25 per person full service, or $20 per person for buffet. Garden Tea menu of finger sandwiches, fruit and cheese plate ending with scones is $22 full service and $16 for buffet. Afternoon Tea menu of fingers sandwiches, scones, and dessert is $18 per person for full service, $14 per person for buffet. We serve a variety of black, green, and herbal teas as well as hot chocolate, soda or lemonade. You can bring in balloons or other party favors as long as they don’t have to attach to the walls.
Our murder mystery tea is a game written like a play script. This is not a dramatic production with actors, it is a game played by your group. Our four person mysteries are comprised of: 2 women and 2 men; or 4 women; or 1 man and 3 women. We have other mysteries that can be found on our tea party page. The 4 person murder mystery game is appropriate for ages 14+.
